Our residential centre is located in a wonderfully quiet location backing onto the Townsend Nature Reserve in Swanage with wonderful views over the bay. It’s just a 10 minute walk to Swanage town centre, the beach, pier and other local amenities.

Accommodation for groups and families in Swanage

Each accommodation building has a small kitchenette (microwave, toaster and kettle) and lounge area for leaders. Each residential building also comes with its own separate private recreation/ lounge area for use during your stay.

Catering facilities on-site including a large dining room. Groups can choose to self cater or take advantage of the full board option.

There are facilities on and off site for a variety of adventure activities plus space for both outdoor and indoor recreation, all set in 7 acres of grounds. We also have a classroom on site to enable more educational elements to be included if required.

Self Catered Bungalow

We have a spacious, purpose built bungalow on our residential site which is available to hire on a self catering basis. This large holiday cottage accommodates 16 people and is an ideal base for divers, walkers, hikers, climbers and larger family groups wanting a relaxing holiday on Dorset’s Jurassic Coast.

The bungalow is located at the lower end the Cumulus Outdoors site with further site buildings and office sitting at the top of the site. It is just a short drive from some of the best climbing sites in the Isle of Purbeck region, including Dancing Ledge.

  • The bungalow comprises sleeping areas (2 rooms with 6 beds & 2 twin rooms), 3 bathrooms, a kitchen diner and lounge.
  • The bungalow is surrounded by large private grass areas (including football area and play park), a private patio with outdoor seating
  • There is ample private parking
  • The bungalow is a no smoking property and no ‘parties’ are allowed
  • Free Wifi throughout the property

Dormitory prices are per person per night. Bungalow is £264.00 per night (up to 16 people). All prices include VAT. Prices valid from 1st January 2021.

PAYMENT 

Non-refundable 25% deposit required when booking with the balance due one month prior to arrival. 

CANCELLATION 

Should you find it necessary to cancel please be aware that your deposit is non-re-fundable, Holiday Cancellation insurance is recommended. The only exception to this is if, due to COVID-19, we are forced to close or you are not permitted to travel, in either of these circumstances we will refund your deposit payment.
