December HAF & Kids Club
Come and enjoy a morning full of activities, plus a hot nutritious meal during the Christmas holidays at the Cumulus Outdoors Residential Centre in Swanage. For two days only, we will be offering a range of Christmas based activities aimed at getting local children active and into the great outdoors.
Our fun-filled sessions include an activity before lunch. Not only will children have great fun on the activity but they will also enjoy a delicious meal to re-charge their energy levels!
This Half Term, our Kids Club will be running on Monday 22nd December and Tuesday 23rd December – from 9.00am and ending at 1.00pm

Monday 22nd December: Christmas in the Wild
Step into a magical winter woodland and join us for a festive morning in our cosy, Christmassy tipi. We’ll enjoy fun around the campfire, including fire lighting, toasting marshmallows, and making pinecone Christmas ornament to take home. Then we will head off on a candy cane hunt through the woods before finishing the morning with a hot, two-course meal.
Tuesday 23rd December: Creative Christmas Party
Join us for a fun-filled morning of Christmas crafts, games and delicious treats. We’ll decorate our own Christmas cookies and enjoy a mix of creative activities and party games. Then we’ll head outside to take on our Christmas target challenge, featuring rifles and axe throwing with a seasonal twist. (For the little ones, nerf guns will be available as well as air rifles and bean bags as well as axes). To wrap up the morning, included is a hot two-course meal.
Brilliant Experiences
The activities that Cumulus put on for the children are brilliant. My son can’t wait to go and is disappointed when he doesn’t. The staff have so much time and care for the children and, in my opinion go above their duty and even spend extra time that they don’t have too with them. The experiences that the children get through their activities are invaluable and made enjoyable. The children get to meet other children who are from other schools or down on holiday. Thank you Cumulus for your adventures.
