The Cumulus Outdoors Residential Centre is situated in the heart of Swanage, just 10 minutes’ walk from the town centre. It is the ideal choice for businesses or organisations looking for a comfortable base to hold a meeting, course or training day.

Venue hire includes use of our well-equipped training room with interactive whiteboard. There is plenty of tables and seating, which can be configured in a number of ways depending on your requirements. We will work with you to create a bespoke package that is suitable for your needs. Simply tell our friendly team what you require at the time of booking.

Attendees can make use of ample free parking and complimentary Wi-Fi. Tea and coffee are provided in the basic package and catered options are available on request.

Catering options

We can provide breakfast, lunch and dinner if required. All our meals are cooked on-site by our chef and varies with the seasons. All religious and dietary requirements are catered for. Prices start from £5.00pp.

Accommodation

If you’re course is taking place over multiple days, we have a selection of suitable accommodation on site. Our self-catered bungalow sleeps up to 16 people and benefits from 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, lounge area and outdoor seating.

Larger groups can make use of our fully catered dormitory accommodation, which can accommodate up to 139 people across 3 dormitories.
